Susan and I have been pretty busy lately. The murder mystery should be done today. We have enlisted another woman to pull the whole story together. Hopefully she finishes soon and we can get it to an editor. We are also still talking about a young adult novel, which we wish to publish for an up and coming new author.

Summer is here and we haven't posted anything. I'm very sorry about that. The murder mystery has 4 chapters left. We are very pleased with it's progress to date. You can find the first two chapters here.
We have also decided to publishing a chick-lit novel (which will be appearing on Blish.com as an electronic book). It is called Secrets in Seattle Sex, Lies and Shoes. We'll post information when it is available. Our cookbook (The Perfect Baker's Dozen will also be found as an electronic book on Blish)

Happy Spring. We are sorry for the slow posts. Things have been really busy for us. The Murder Mystery is on chapter 9 right now. As soon as the first couple chapters are through the editor we will post a PDF (for anyone to read). We are very happy with how it is progressing. Currently we are thinking about publishing a teen book and a chick-lit. They are both with editors right now. We will keep you posted. The process is slow going. Thanks for you continued support.

Chapter 5 has been completed for our Murder Mystery. The book is WONDERFUL so far. Susan and I are positive that we have a best seller here. Can't wait to see what our next author puts together. We will be posting it for general readers (at least the first couple chapters), in the new year.

The second chapter to our Murder Mystery was finished by Sharon until next year. The chapter is wonderful. She built on Donna's amazing first chapter and so far we believe that the book is a best seller. Donna S. is working on her chapter right now and has until the end of October to finish. We have high hopes for her. Editing for "If The Shoe Fits" is slow going. The book will probably not hit the shelves until next year. Soon we will begin cover art solicitations. Keep an eye out for when we post the Mystery. Should be Feb. or March of next year.

Happy Fall! The first chapter of the Murder Mystery has been completed and the second is almost done. Once we are a 1/4 of the way complete we will post the story so that interested parties can read it. It is wonderful so far though. Susan and I are meeting with an editor today to talk about "If the Shoe Fits". Hopefully we can move forward with that project.

A couple issues to update everyone on. Murder Mystery by Age has its first author writing. Donna is working hard on laying the groundwork for the rest of the authors. She should be done by the end of August. Susan and I are currently reading submissions and are happy to report that there have been some very interesting stories that we are contemplating publishing. Thank you to everyone who has submitted their work to us. There are a lot of talented authors out there. If The Shoe Fits (a chick-lit novel) is with our editors currently. We hope to have it at the printers by fall.

Murder Mystery by Age Update. We have gotten 16 ladies from the ages of 58-24 that will be working on the project. We hope to have a completed story in no more than 17 months, although we will see how it goes. Thanks for all the supporting emails for this idea!

Murder Mystery by Age has been started. Of course this is not the "official" title of the book. But, Susan and I are putting together a group of woman that are each going to take a chapter and without an outline create a mystery. So far we have 6 woman on board and are hoping to hit 15-20. We will keep you updated with the output of this as it occures. So, far we have some great ladies though!

Susan and I are very close to publishing the Perfect Baker's Dozen Cookbook. We are still waiting on the ISBN numbers, but we are hopeful that it will be out by the end of March. Just in time for spring! The retail price will be $8.95 and we are taking pre-orders for the book now. Hello all. Susan and I are working very hard on getting our first published cookbook out the door. The Perfect Baker's Dozen is almost complete. We will start off by selling it locally and see how that goes. If that works well we might sell it elsewhere. We are also actively finishing up our first chick-lit novel; If The Shoe Fits.
